VIRTUS/Protecting God's Children
Volunteers can sign up for PGC training by going to www.VIRTUSonline.org and following the instructions.  

1. Click on “First-time registrant”

2. On the next page click on “Begin the registration process”

3. Select “Boston, MA (Archdiocese)” from the drop-down list of dioceses

4. Complete the registration process (choose “Protecting God’s Children for Adults (online training)” at the top of the list)

Once registration is complete you will be directed to an online PGC training through VIRTUS.
Upon completion of that training, individuals will be directed to a link to additional online training
on mandated reporting in Massachusetts. Please call the Office of Child Advocacy at 617-746-5994 if you need assistance.

Code of Conduct
All volunteers must read and agree to comply with both the Code of Conduct for Volunteers
and the Child Protection Policy for the Archdiocese of Boston.
